30-Night Sleep Trial

Sleep on it for a full 30 nights. If you're not completely satisfied, ship it back for a full refund of the product price. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

1. Eligibility

  • Notify us within 30 days of delivery
  • Normal use during the 30-night sleep trial is allowed
  • Returned via approved process

2. Refund Process

Email: support@pilloway.online with your order number. No reason is required for a sleep-trial return.

You will receive instructions within 2 business days.

3. Method of Refund

A full refund of the product price is issued to your original payment method.

4. Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

5. Exceptions

Customized items not refundable unless defective.
